— I have returned three more sheets for press but have not yet received the clean copies
I am glad to see by your last letter that the Monocotyledons with inferior ovary are on their way

all but three or four genera of one or two species each — and a general revision of the whole. I have I believe 45 genera and about 220 species which is less than I expected the published species of

I am very sorry to hear that you do not get quite right yet in your Official position but I sincerely trust all will be settled to your satisfaction
