Sir
I have the honor to enquire, whether you desire to give me any instructions regarding
any final or decisive action, which I should take as a Gov. member of the Board of
Agriculture in reference to the object to remodel the Board, in as much as I am eager
to guard against the possibility that I may enunciate views, which may not be in consonance
with the decisions of the Government. Should you not desire to convey to me any instructions,
I will be careful in stating to the Board during the pending deliberations, that whatever
measures I may urge, are brought forward on my individual views only, and I shall
neither fail to watch the interests of the Government in the proceedings.
I have the honor to be,
Sir
your obedient servant
Ferd. Mueller
The honorable the President of the Board of Land & Works.
