On 21 September Groener wrote in reply to a letter Walker wrote on 16 September [letter
not found]: '… I would advise you to send a sample copy to Mess. Robertson & Co Bookseller
through their agents in Sydney and I will do my best to get subscribers and [as?]
will Baron von Mueller'.
He wrote again on 17 October: 'I herewith return the 3 plates which I have shown to
the different libraries and bookseller[s] but could not [get] an answer at once. I
shall do my best to assist you and so will the Baron von Mueller. You ought to put
into Mr Robertsons Agents hands who is the best for these things.'
