III, King of the Neherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, Grand Duke of Luxembourg &c &c &c have found it good and reasonable to name as Officer in Our Order of the Oak Crown, Baron F. von Mueller, Botanist of the colony of Victoria in Australia, at Melbourne.
Our Secretary for the Affairs of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg is charged with the execution of the present decree.
At Het Loo,
