National Museum.
My dear Dr Von Mueller
I send herewith a parcel containing two dozen Victorian Birds, not found near Melbourne,
& one, the red-capped Pomatorhinus, only described a few years ago, as a slight exchange
for the Casuarius with which you enriched the Museum.
Your book has been found by the Librarian, it was delivered in due time some months
ago & he had directed the Assistant Librarian to acknowledge it.
