[The Mayor read a letter which he had received from Dr. Mueller, requesting that sufficient time should be granted to the Horticultural Society to enable them to transplant the shrubs and plants from the piece of ground which had been transferred to the Council, into the new piece belonging to the society. The councillors were disposed to allow all the facilities requested, and the Mayor promised to write, to ascertain how much time would be required.
